Quick warning - I only work with people who understand the value of time and mutual respect, and therefore I do not reschedule cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment without a valid reason.

First - I’ve received your booking and your application and I'm reviewing it now. I’ll be on Zoom at the EXACT time you booked in for... I will send you a message 24 hours before your call time, just to confirm your appointment.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Do I need a gym membership?

    It would be beneficial to have one for sure, however, it’s not absolutely essential. You can still make great progress with home workouts, although you’d need some very basic equipment like resistance bands and / or adjustable dumbbells.

  • Will it be ages till I see results?

    No. You're going to start noticing changes yourself within the first 14-21 days. After that, it'll become more amplified as time goes on - with the most dramatic changes happening between weeks 12-16.

  • When can I start?

    Your welcome week starts right from the second you pay. You’ll be sent a link to Member’s Area of the website, and your full plan will be delivered within 7 calendar days.

  • Do I already need to be mega fit?

    No! It’s my job to meet you where you’re currently at, then guide you to your goals. This means that no matter what your starting point is, you’ll benefit from coaching.

  • I don’t live in the UK, will coaching still work for me?

    Yes, absolutely! As long as you have access to the internet and a smartphone, you’re all set!

  • Is there a contract?

    Yes. There is a minimum of 16 weeks commitment from you. This is to provide you with the best possible chance of changing your habits. Any less than that won’t be long enough to unlearn any previous bad habits you may have picked up, as well as cement new ones.

    Most of my clients end up working with me between 6 and 12 months because they understand this process takes time.  

  • How much is this going to cost me?

    The question you should be asking yourself is what is the cost of not taking action? I will discuss everything to do with pricing in the phone call.
